This one-day course covers:
Recognition of the deteriorating patient
The ABCDE assessment approach
Adult immediate life support (ILS) with AED
Use of adjuncts in airway management and oxygen therapy
Use of bag-valve-mask and suction
Team roles in cardiac arrest (hands-on scenarios)
Immediate care after return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC)
Please ensure you have a minimum of a level FREC 4 certificate to attend this course.
